The "Back to Wakanda: Doing it For The Culture" event will kick off at 1 pm and run until 5:00 pm, bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds for a memorable and uplifting experience. The event will be hosted at the Hardy Student Center and will feature a dynamic schedule, including an engaging Q&A session from 1 pm to 2 pm, followed by an immersive Back to Wakanda Shopping Experience.

On November 18th, 2023 in conjunction with the City of Fultondale and our other amazing sponsors we were able to giveaway 500 Turkeys, socks, hand sanitizers, and other bags of Thanksgiving Dinner Essentials! The Power of Life Foundation seeks to support individuals from all walks of life. Noting that children are one of our most vulnerable groups, the lack is present for families who are unable to purchase school supplies.
Lisa Stevens and her family suffered a devastating loss during the storm. Aside from their home, they also lost her father, who couldn't reach a safer place during the onslaught of the deadly storm.
After COVID-19 hit, many were left scrambling to purchase or make face masks as its use was one of the many ways to prevent viral transmission. This was especially true for underprivileged individuals.
